Wynda scores every role against your profile and shows you the reasoning. Auto Apply works from the roles you marked as worth it, and refuses to run on anything that falls below your fit threshold, so nothing goes out under your name that you have not seen.
On the employer's own form, not a shortcut
There is no quick-apply middleman here. Wynda drives a real browser to the company's actual application, whatever it is built on, and works through it field by field: the dropdowns, the work authorisation questions, the notice period, the file upload. Tested against Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday, Lever, Recruitee and plenty of bespoke careers pages.
With the resume written for that role
Each submission carries the resume Wynda tailored to that specific job description, exported as a real text PDF, not one generic file sent forty times.
It tells you when it cannot finish
This is the part most tools hide. If a form asks something you have never told Wynda, it stops and names the field rather than inventing an answer on your behalf. Logins, captchas and account-creation walls come back as exactly that, so you always know why an application did not go in.
