What Simplify does well
Its Copilot extension autofills applications across a wide range of job boards and company sites, it is fast, and the autofill and tracking are free with no time limit. If what you want is to keep your hand on the wheel and lose the retyping, it is a strong choice and the free tier is genuinely usable. Its paid plan adds AI tailoring and generated answers to custom questions.
Where the two differ
Simplify fills the form in front of you; you review it and press submit. Wynda runs the application itself, on the employer's own form, with a resume written for that specific posting, and reports back what happened. If you like seeing every field before it goes, that difference is a reason to prefer Simplify, not a shortcoming of it.
The part nothing else does
After an application goes in, Wynda finds the people actually attached to that role — the hiring manager, the recruiter, someone on the team — ranks them by who is worth your one message, and drafts that message with a reason to open with. Applying is table stakes in this category; being introduced is the thing that changes outcomes, and no autofill tool touches it.
Where Wynda is weaker today
Simplify has been around longer and covers more sites through sheer coverage. Wynda's apply engine is tested against the major applicant tracking systems and many bespoke careers pages, but it will meet forms it cannot finish, and when it does it stops and tells you which field it needs. It also caps applications rather than offering unlimited, because each one costs us real money to produce properly.
